Panoramic windows make the view outside the glass more picturesque, and previously such could only be seen in films.
Now, there are many solutions available on the market, including budget options. Today, we will focus on one of them – the universal frameless glazing system CLAROFLEX from Spain, and also tell you why you should choose this option.

A real panoramic view

Many similar systems are called panoramic, but are not so because of the presence of a fairly wide profile, due to which the effect of the absence of a window is lost. The CLAROFLEX system is a smooth, almost invisible visual glass surface. Unlike windows with a plastic or aluminum profile, it does not have racks, frames, crossbars and other design solutions that do not provide a panoramic view. Yes, CLAROFLEX does not give the effect of one large glass, but the joints between the glass surfaces are so well adjusted to each other that they are almost invisible compared to classic windows. You can see this for yourself by looking at the photos at the link below.
Safety

One of the problems with many frameless glazing systems is that the glass panels are attached to the ceiling. Because of this, if the installation technique is not followed, physical impact or temperature changes affecting metal structures, the glass can simply fall and break. CLAROFLEX systems are bottom-supported, i.e. the support point is the floor, balcony or terrace railings, etc. It should be noted that the system units and parts are manufactured according to EU standards from environmentally friendly materials.
As for the glass itself, CLAROFLEX frameless glazing systems use tempered or laminated glass, which is difficult to break even with a strong impact. If it does break, it will crumble into small pieces with blunt edges, which virtually eliminates the risk of injury. Thanks to this, CLAROFLEX panoramic glazing can be installed even in children’s rooms, without fear for the safety of your child.
Reliability

The design of frameless glazing CLAROFLEX is simple and at the same time reliable. The glass is installed in a glass profile, which is made of high-strength aluminum. It can withstand the heavy weight of the glass and at the same time has a height of only 32 millimeters, due to which it practically does not eat up useful space. The glass profile is fixed in a guide profile made of the same durable aluminum, and that, in turn, is installed in a compensating profile, which hides unevenness of the floor and ceiling.
Easy to adjust and maintain

By installing frameless glazing CLAROFLEX, you can adjust its height using a compensating profile and mechanism up to 76 millimetres without using special devices.
As for maintenance, it is simple and consists only of regular cleaning of the glass. The CLAROFLEX system itself does not require maintenance, since the glass frame is installed on a sliding coating made of self-lubricating polymer with a low coefficient of friction and high heat resistance. Thanks to this, the frames will not creak, hit each other or make any unpleasant sounds.
Any of the panels can be a window or a door.

If you want, all panels will open like doors. The system provides for the movement of panels along structures with angles from 90 to 270 degrees (that is, both inward and outward) or equally with others in any direction. In addition, you can completely move the panels to the side.
Firstly, it allows you to easily turn a blank glass wall into a window or door, and secondly, it is easy to clean glass surfaces without the need to risk and lean out of the windows to wash them from dirt. It should be noted that the maximum height of the structure is three meters, which means that such a door will be comfortable even for very tall people over two meters tall. The maximum number of panels per assembly site is 18 pieces, which makes CLAROFLEX panoramic glazing one of the best options for a wide loggia and office. At the same time, the width of the system is not limited and can be equally successfully mounted both on the balcony of a Khrushchev-era building and along the perimeter of a cottage with walls longer than 30 meters. In addition, frameless glazing can be used to create transparent partitions that fit perfectly into modern minimalism.
The design also includes a ventilation system with a fixed rack position. This allows you to install a window for micro-ventilation with a gap of less than one centimeter, which makes frameless CLAROFLEX glazing safe for children and pets.
Weather and noise resistant

By installing frameless glazing CLAROFLEX, you can adjust its height using a compensating profile and mechanism up to 76 millimetres without using special devices.
All CLAROFLEX frameless glazing units are frost-resistant and do not freeze even at -30C, which is relevant for the realities of our country. In addition, the system protects the house from icing, since there is simply nowhere for snow or ice to stick to. Despite the fact that CLAROFLEX glazing is frameless, it is almost completely sealed, and when the windows and doors are closed, rain or snow will not be able to get into the room. This allows you to create heated rooms even where this is not originally intended (balconies, open terraces, etc.). When glazing a balcony, veranda or terrace with CLAROFLEX, the temperature on them will be at least 10 degrees higher than the temperature outside the window, provided that warm air from the house enters them. Note that CLAROFLEX can withstand a wind load of 71 meters per second, which on the Beaufort scale (wind force) corresponds to a hurricane (32.7 meters per second or more).
In addition, frameless glazing reduces the sound level inside the room by 33 dB, which corresponds to a muffled conversation according to GOST 12.1.036-81 (35 dB is a muffled conversation). Therefore, after installing CLAROFLEX, sounds from the street will be practically inaudible.
